摘要：Based on the thought of Logistic cumulative probability, this paper establishes the traffic state probability model under snow-ice condition on artery, and puts forward the corresponding parameters calibration method and model evaluation method; finally, using traffic flow survey data under snow-ice condition on Huanghe road and Hongqi street in a city to analysis and forecast traffic state, put forward traffic state prewarning index, and combining the analysis results, present the corresponding traffic management strategy and guidance suggestion.
