摘要：The importance and the uses of mobile phone are being increasing extensively in the present time. Mobile phone helps us in many ways. But at the same time some very serious problems have also emerged because of the mobile phone. With this background investigator conducted the present investigation to reach to the solutions of some important questions. Viz. How many students are using mobile phone. What are the objectives of the students for using mobile phone. How much time they spend for mobile phone. Is mobile phone effect adversely to the students learning as well as their relationship. etc. Investigator collected necessary data from the 200 college students of Surat city through the questionnaire prepared by him. The analysis of the data revealed some very important and interesting findings which suggest that the students should use the mobile phone more carefully. Moreover, parents would have to play a very crucial role in these perspectives.
