摘要:Quality of drinking water has always been the most challenging task for the human race. Contamination of drinking water by pathogens can cause large number of diseases e.g. diarrhea, intestinal problems, kidney impairment, hepatitis etc. Several methods (natural and synthetic) are used to eliminate pathogens from drinking water. Of the methods, treatment with Moringa is one of the most useful trees in the world; with a huge amount of benefits. Instant research was an attempt to ascertain the role of these agents on the physical characteristics and microbiological profile of water collected from four different sources viz. WASA source, Ghulam Muhammadabad, University Villas and Zero Point. It was inferred that pH of the treated water was insignificant with the application of treatment of Moringa extract @ 10, 15, 20ml/1000 ml. It was found that electrical conductivity was non-momentous with the Moringa treatment; however microbiological load was reduced appreciably by the application
