摘要:Nowadays human resources of an organization, a key source of sustainable competitive advantage and one of the main success factors are considered. Hence, effective management of human resources is one of the most important issues facing organizations to achieve organizational goals has become one of the most important elements in the success of the program planning strategic human resources management is human resources.. In this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of Mellat Bank in planning strategic human resources on employees' satisfaction has been done in the organization.
