摘要:The increasing development of industries and industrial technology led to increase various and unknown risks in different working environments. Risks in projects are unknown possible events or conditions which if occur, have positive and negative impact on project objectives. Therefore, risk identification and quantifying positive and negative consequences on project goals has critical importance. This study aimed to determine risks level by separating different units in a Kermanshah tile factory was performed. In this study, William Fine method which has a systematic and organized risk assessment technique in identifying potential hazards and estimating the level of risk in order to managing risk and reduce it to an acceptable level was used. For this purpose, after identifying plant's activities and processes, risks and potential factors were identified and then given to severity impact, likelihood occurrence and possible consequences of exposure to humans, environment and equipment, job evaluated and classification of risks was carried out. Analysis results of William Fine methods identified a total number of 406 risk which of these identified risks, 15.5% of risks were at normal level, 2/37% were at abnormal level and 47.3% were at high-risk level. The highest risk was related to welding unit with 62 risk and lowest risk was related to color making unit with 4 identified risk. According to the high level of risk and resulting dangers in mentioned industry it is suggested to reduce or eliminate risks, necessary training should be given to workers, and also due to the presence of silica dust and high noise pollution, at such industry, corrective measures such as designing and installing ventilation, regarding risk management guidelines and the use of appropriate and standard personal protective equipment is recommended
