摘要:The aim of this study was to compare the level of perceived stress and happiness in trained and untrained pregnant women. This study was causal-comparative method. The statistical population of this study included 150 pregnant women in the city of Noshahr, Iran in the academic year of 2014-2015 who were referred to Shahid Beheshti hospital. The sample size according to the study design was considered for 35 individuals of trained and 35 individuals of untrained pregnant women. Voluntary sampling method was the method of this study. Oxford happiness questionnaire and Cohen Perceived Stress Scale were used as data collection tools and were analyzed using t-test and SPSS version 20. Data analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the variables of perceived stress (P< 0.020) and happiness (P< 0.019) for trained and untrained pregnant women. Thus, we can conclude that education in pregnancy has a significant effect on reducing of stress and increasing of happiness
