摘要:In the developing world, economic, industrial, social and cultural conditions in such a way that solves problems require new solutions. In such an environment and with regard to increasing environmental uncertainty, continuous change and many challenges of the world, most organizations, especially small and medium-sized businesses in order to be able to remain in the competition environment and adapt to the speedy developments have a tendency towards entrepreneurship and market. Considering the importance of the development of small and medium-sized businesses, purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and market-oriented operation of the business. This study was a descriptive and the population of this study consisted of small and medium-sized businesses in Fars Province. Data collection tool was questionnaire. In order to analyze the information, software and LISREL8.5, SPSS20 were used. The findings of this study indicate that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have significant effect on organizational performance but market orientation has no significant effect on organizational performance
