  • 摘要:To evaluate the effects of water stress on physiological characteristics of safflower, a trial was conducted in May 1392 at the research farm of University Mohaghegh Ardabili. Experiment was conducted to mode Split plot factorial in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The main factor, irrigation 80, 120 and 160 mm evaporation from class A pan and subplots included three spring safflower varieties (Goldasht, spiny Sina, Faraman) respectively. The results showed that with increasing levels of evaporation, grain protein content increased but the ratio of chlorophyll a / b and stomatal conductance reduced. The methionine, at 160 mm evaporation increased compared to evaporation at 80 mm but at 120 mm depending on variety, it faced decrease or increase. Soluble protein, lysine and carotenoids increased or decreased depending on the variety. Brassinosteroid application increases all physiological traits.
