摘要:This study aimed to identify factors affecting job burnout of employees in governmental organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran including Department of Yazd Blood Transfusion. The study, not only explains the importance and urgency of this matter, but also considers factors affecting job burnout of employees in governmental organizations of Iran. This study is a qualitative one, which its data have been obtained by secondary and analyzed as descriptive. The required data have been collected from published and unpublished sources and analyzed qualitatively. Data analysis was done as follows. All information collected were sorted in accordance with the purpose of studying and also integrated with the knowledge and understanding of the researchers of the subject.
