标题:The study of the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment with organizational entrepreneurship among the staffs of Mohaghegh Ardebili University
摘要:The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment with organizational entrepreneurship among the staffs of Mohaghegh Ardebili University. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of subject. For this purpose, a sample size of 148 subjects was selected among 250 staffs of Mohaghegh Ardebili University by stratified random sampling method. Bass and Avolio questionnaire was used for the measurement of transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software and by Pearson correlation, ANOVA and multiple regression coefficient. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment with organizational entrepreneurship among the staffs of Mohaghegh Ardebili University. Also, the results showed that among the components of transformational leadership, ideal influence and among the components of organizational commitment, emotional commitment has positive and significant relationship with organizational entrepreneurship
