  • 摘要:Heat exchangers issues have been the focus of attention due to their more practical sensitivity and control and integration of its outlet is very important. Their outlet parameters vary due to Turbulences caused by the inlet fluid in the heat exchangers that the Turbulences cause the undesirable & inefficient function and waste of a lot of energy in addition to the adverse effect on the performance of these units. Most studies in this field is about outlet temperature control of a heat exchanger, this is done using different classic controllers and by control tools such as temperature and flow rate. In the present method is done on a grid of heat exchangers. It has tried that a outlet temperature would find its steady state in minimal time and with minimal loss of energy. The objective function is defined on the basis of a quick return of temperature to the smooth temperature whose variables is fluid flow bypass and a genetic algorithm is used to optimize the objective function. In this paper this is a general method applicable on any . The results from a method proposed show that the desired control temperature achieves its smooth and stable state with the most optimal bypass values from optimization of defined objective function. This indicates the proper function of the proposed method and optimal performance of heat exchangers and will lead to energy savings.
