摘要:The employee empowerment is a new managerial approach. The future organizations like it or not will move to this approach by revising their strategies.In this research, we discuss to the relation of strategic aspects of an organization and organizational culture with organizational empowerment.After realizing of theoretical basis and the variables, analysis of the hypothesis is done. Based on results of the research, all of strategic aspects include of culture, infrastructure, ability, resources and information have a strong relation with organizational empowerment. Also specifically in Khorasan Petrochemical Company, it is necessary to improve all of these aspects. Also four kinds of organizational culture including flexible, collaborative, mission and bureaucratic culture investigated. According to the results of this study, all of them can explain the organizational empowerment, but the greatest power of explanatory of organizational empowerment in Khorasan Petrochemical Company will be achieved by collaborative corporate culture.
