摘要：Considering the importance of control which is one of the main tasks of each manager and an important principle for handling each government, with goal of achieving a system for the way of Iranian controlling and supervision, this article investigates and explains the features of controlling system in Achaemenids Empire. "Note" and note taking tools and coding the data based on statistical population have been used for collecting data in this research (studying documents, books, articles and other librarian sources). Considering qualitative method of obtained data from studying documents, qualitative content analysis (directional content analysis) has been used for analyzing. The data of this research which is collected from September 2012 till December 2013 are related to 559 BC To 330 BC. The result of this research shows that the components of control system on that time included “king’s eyes, king’s ears, military commander, inspector, king’s confidant, auditor and etc.” after investigating and determining features of each case, a model based on input, process and output has been developed for control system in Achaemenids Empire
