标题：Examining the Effect of Independence of the Board, Return on Investment, Profitability and Banking Relationship on Sales Growth Rate of Listed Companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange
摘要：The aim of this study is to determine the effect of independence of the board, return on investment, profitability and relationship banking on sales growth rate of listed companies on Tehran Stock Exchange. This study is an analytical-causal literature based on analysis of panel data. In this study, the financial information of 102 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange within 2009 to 2014 have been examined. (612 firms - years) Spss20, Eviews 7 and Minitab 16 Software has been used to analyze the results of the study. The model of first hypothesis showed significant and positive relationship between the independence of the board and the company's sales growth rate. Also, according to the analysis carried out in model second hypothesis, a significant and inverse relationship was observed between the return on investment and sales growth rate. Following, the results of model third hypothesis showed a significant relationship between the ratio of profitability and sales growth. Finally, according to the analysis made in connection with the fourth research hypothesis, a significant and inverse relationship was observed between the banking relationship and the company's sales growth rate.
