摘要:By taking attention to the fact that divorcing accompanied with stressor factors and extensive changes and for many people has high degree of stress, evaluating the factors which could help in continuation of marriage is necessary. Comparing the Relationship between Emotion Regulation Strategies and Mindfulness with Resiliency in divorcing and non-divorcing people, may be helpful in solving many family conflicts. Therefore the current study, using descriptive-analytical research method, evaluates the relationship between emotion regulation strategies and mindfulness with resiliency in divorcing and non-divorcing people in Mashhad, Iran. The research tool was questionnaire, and research data analyzed using Pearson correlation test, regression analysis and T-test. The results showed that there is a relationship between emotion regulation strategy with resiliency and mindfulness in divorcing people, and also there is difference between emotion regulation strategy, mindfulness and resiliency in normal and divorcing people
