摘要:Job burnout is a subject that affectsthe mental health of people and is associated with the absence of job and job changing and causes to reduceproduction and quality of products and services. So, investigating the effective factors of job burnout and awareness of the barriers to preventfrom releasing this phenomenon is effective in the mental health and quality improvement and this paper attempts to investigate the barriersto prevent job burnout in people who work in governmental organization of Islamic republic of Iran. The required information for the study were collected and analized qualitatively. Theinvestigating documents in this article were collected from libraries, archives and website of various centers that had worked on job burnout such as Ministry of Health, Blood Transfusion Organization, Yazd University and PayamNour University of Yazd province, public libraries and specific library of Blood Transfusion Organization
