摘要：Before the wedding due to the stress and cost of the wedding, many of the bride and groom face with a lot of problems. Theses involvements become more when they buy the bride and groom dowry. The difference in taste or contrary to customs and traditions of two families is completely obvious in these involvements. This article studies the impact of ceremonial wedding on the couple's relationship. Population and Samples in this study were 30 men and women from the region one in Tehran. Semi-organized used in this study as an instrument. The results of this study showed that men like interviewed women, they believe that in today’s society the extent of the wedding ceremony is considered as norm.Most men unlike women, they didn’t consider any relationship between detailed dowry and extensive wedding ceremonies, while they knew this relationship undeniable in the community they considered it as a kind of exchange.
