摘要:The present study aimed at investigating the effect of organizational justice and employee job satisfaction on performance evaluation. It was a cross-sectional study conducted on the employees of Bank Melli Iran, Ilam Province branches in December 2015. Data were collected through the distributed questionnaires .The statistical population of this study consisted of Bank Melli Iran, Ilam Province branches employees, adding up to a total of approximately 700 individuals. The sample size was selected as 248 individuals based on Morgan's table and using simple random sampling method. All measurements were done using the five-point Likert scale (1 and 5 signifying "totally unacceptable" and "perfectly acceptable", respectively), and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient as the statistical tool to test the hypotheses.Findings: Detailed statistics obtained from the studied variables revealed that organizational justice and employee job satisfaction had positive impacts on performance evaluation in that there was a direct significant relationship between organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational performance.Limitations/Justifications:This study conducted in only one city that has limitations include gender, sample size and location. Additionally, all research is limited by the perception of the researcher.Applied Concepts:Results demonstrated that increased organizational justice leads to increased employee satisfaction in performance evaluation, meaning that, organizational justice is related to organizational efficacy. Originality/Value : The present study contributes to a better understanding, prediction and perception of human behavior, and gives us the ability to analyze the relationship between organizational justice and employee job satisfaction. Offering reliable experimental results that can be utilized by researchers as well as authorities, this study expands the body of knowledge in the field of Management to a great degree and informs managers of various ways of creating an environment that is suited to fostering organizational justice and enhancing employee job satisfaction, which in turn, results in a better performance on their part. The findings of the study can induce further research in this area
