摘要:In the recent years, technology enhancementfacilitated the customer relationship management in variousfields such as marketing, sales, service and support andInformation Technology and Information Security [1]. Thecustomer relationship management (CRM) centeredtowards the building the relationship with the customer bylearning the customer behavior. The customer behavior aretracked and traced, and recorded as a customer data usingapplication, infrastructure, and technology [2]. The study iscarried out to understand the needs of customers, tounderstand the inclination and behavior towards themewedding planning. The concept of customer relationshipmanagement is referred to define the customer behavior intheme wedding planning. Customer behavior and trends arederived by analyzing data using data mining techniques tounderstand the customer behavior and trends in society fortheme wedding concept. The result presents the customerbehavior and trends towards theme wedding planning inurban India.
