摘要：Data Mining is the field of extracting andanalyzing the data from large datasets. Exchange ofdatabases is very important to get financial benefits now aday. To review business strategies and to get maximumbenefit data analytics is needed. Data stored at distributedsites are integrated and published by data publisher. DataPublishing is the technique in which the data is released toothers for the use. In addition to privacy preserving data sizeand security is also a challenge while publishing andtransmitting the database. So there is a requirement of atechnique which can reduce the size of database efficientlyand transfer it in a secure manner. This paper proposes anefficient model for secure data publishing by using bothcompression and color encryption thus introducing a newapproach. A new algorithm is designed and a tool isdeveloped for implementing the proposed work
