摘要：Bu çalışma farklı ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin işyerinde psikolojik tacize maruz kalmadüzeylerini belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma, Antalya il merkezinde Anadolu Lisesi, Genel Lise, İmam HatipLisesi ve Endüstri Meslek Lisesinde çalışan öğretmenlerle yapılmıştır. Katılımcılar 55’i kadın, 50’si erkektoplam 105 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, Einarsen ve Raknes (1997) tarafından geliştirilen ve Cemaloğlu(2007) tarafından Türkçe’ye çevrilerek geçerlik ve güvenirliği yapılan Olumsuz davranışlar ölçeği kullanılmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; okul türü ve cinsiyet değişkenine göre işyerinde psikolojik taciz(mobbing) puan ortalamalarının anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılık göstermediği belirlenirken, mesleki kıdemdeğişkenine göre 21 yıl ve üzeri mesleki kıdeme sahip öğretmenlerin işyerinde psikolojik tacizin sosyal ilişkileresaldırı alt boyutunun 0-10 yıl ve 11-20 yıl mesleki kıdeme sahip öğretmenlere göre anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksekolduğu belirlenmiştir
其他摘要：It is try to determine in this research that the level of the mobbing on high school teachers who work differentschools. The research was carried on 105 teachers who work in four different types of high schools (AnatolianHigh Schools, General High School, Religious High School, Industrial Vocational High School). The NegativeActs Questionarrie which is developed by Einarsen and Raknes (1997) and transtaled into Turkish by Cemaloğlu(2007) is used in this research. According to the result; while the average of the scores of mobbing according toschool type and gender variable is not significated, it is determinated that mobbing, the attack to the life qualityand vocational position and the sub dimensions of the attack of dignity is significated according to vocationalposition for 21 years or over seniority teachers higher than the other teachers.
