摘要：Rusların, Kafkaslar ve Boğazları ele geçirme emelleri bir buçuk asırdır devam etmektedir. Bu fikri ortaya atan ise cihan hâkimiyetini Moskoflara uygun gören ‘deli’ lakaplı Petro’dur. Deli Petro bizzat kendisinin yazdığı vasiyetnamesinde yolu da göstermiştir. Bu bağlamda Kafkaslar’da bağımsız bir Ermeni devleti kurmak için heveslenen Ruslar, “Deli Petro vasiyetnamesi” ışığında özellikle 1905–1907 yıllarında Türklere karşı geniş çaplı siyasi ve kanlı eylemler gerçekleştirmişlerdir. Bu eylemler neticesinde 1918’lere geldiğinde Türk topraklarında bir “Bağımsız Ermenistan Devleti” kurulmuş oldu
其他摘要：Russians ambitions that for seize the Caucasus and the Straits has been continuing for one and a half century. Petro as nicknamed “Mad”, suggested this idea who considered world domination for Moscow. “Mad” Petro showed the way in his holographic will that written by himself in person. In this context, Russians who aspired to establish an independent Armenian state in the Caucasus, carried out the large-scale political and bloody actions against the Turks especially in the years of 1905-1907 in the light of "Mad" Petro’s testament. As a result of these actions when was 1918, "State of Independent Armenia" was established in Turkish territory.
