摘要：Chemical study of the leaves of Meliosma pinnata spp. arnottiana afforded five sulfated glucosides of oct-1-en-3-ol ( 1 ) and cyclic linalool derivatives ( 2 – 5 ), and two megastigmanes ( 6 , 7 ). Their structures were elucidated by extensive investigation of one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic data, and the absolute structures of the megastigmanes were determined by the modified Mosher’s method.
