摘要：In the article on the example of the development of the experimental site with school № 17 Suhaja Buivola, Petrovsky district, Stavropol Territory is discussed the possibilities and features of formation of the social potential of country youth that are associated with a specific social organism, social space of the village and the historical traditions of country society.Social potential of young people is seen as interdependent charac- teristics, capabilities, and the ability of young people to perform social roles and functions, showing initiative, activity and responsibility for the accumulation and sale of valuable qualities, creative abilities, social subjectivi- ty. In the structure features of social capabilities the author takes on the first place initiative, activity and respon- sibility, providing social - effective forms of youth activity
