  • 摘要:It is obvious that an earthquake always is counted a threat to species life. It is necessary to react both accurately and precisely to the disaster. The most damages refer to the buildings and the roads between manmade structures and the paper is devoted to detection of damaged buildings after an earthquake. According to two points which the first is the importance of the cost and time of the disaster management and the other is absence of the data which has acquired before the event, leads to the use of the data after an earthquake. An earthquake usually acts nonlinear then the Neural Network algorithm can be an appropriate method. The results which have been obtained are satisfactory
