摘要:This study aims developing a model to simulate the reaction of different farm-types to various policy instruments in order to support agricultural planning at regional levels. In this context a linear programming model developed to integrate the socio-economic and the biophysical resources of farmers to assess the immediate effects and the long-term impacts of various policy instruments. This distributed model includes variety of sub-models (Farm-type land unit, farm-type, village, and integrated model). Biophysical input- output coefficients of the model (yield, nutrient and water requirement) have been generated spatially by application of crop growth simulation model "CGMS" and GIS techniques for the crops in the district
