- 摘要:SoildegradationisamajorproblemintheagriculturallydominatedcountryofTajikistan,whichmakesitnecessarytodetermineandmonitorthestateofsoils.Forthispurposeasoilspectrallibrarywasestablishedasitenablesthedeterminationofsoilpropertieswithrelativelylowcostsandeffort.Atotalof1465soilsampleswerecollectedfromthree10x10kmtestsitesinwesternTajikistan.ThediffusereflectanceofthesampleswasmeasuredwithaFieldSpecPROFRfromASDinthespectralrangefrom380to2500nminlaboratory.166sampleswerefinallyselectedbasedontheirspectralinformationandanalysedontotalCandN,organicC,pH,CaCO3,extractableP,exchangeableCa,MgandK,andthefractionsclay,siltandsand.Multiplelinearregressionwasusedtosetupthemodels.Twothirdofthechemicallyanalysedsampleswereusedtocalibratethemodels,onethirdwasusedforhold-outvalidation.VerygoodpredictionaccuracywasobtainedfortotalC(R2=0.76,RMSEP=4.36gkg-1),totalN(R2=0.83,RMSEP=0.30gkg-1)andorganicC(R2=0.81,RMSEP=3.30gkg-1),goodaccuracyforpH(R2=0.61,RMSEP=0.157)andCaCO3(R2=0.72,RMSEP=4.63%).NomodelscouldbedevelopedforextractableP,exchangeableCa,MgandK,andthefractionsclay,siltandsand.Itcanbeconcludedthatthespectrallibraryapproachhasahighpotentialtosubstitutestandardlaboratorymethodswhererapidandinexpensiveanalysisis required
