摘要:Engineers in geomatics are now using high tech technologies which are based on satellite systems. GPS and remote sensing technologies offer great advantages for surveyors. One of the areas where the surveyors are involved is a Land Consolidation project. These projects deal with improving of productivity and working conditions in rural areas, production of reconstruction plans for rural settlement, and proving of rural life by supplying public services. The fulfillment of all those aims more or less depends on supplement of spatial data. During the collection of spatial data, speed and ease crucially improve the productivity of over all these projects. At this point, modern technologies such as remote sensing and GPS can met these requirements. In this study, satellite images in high accuracy supported by GPS measurements collected on the ground are investigated whether they can be used in the planning part of Land Consolidation Projects, additionally, in update phase of maps, production of topographical maps, land classification part
