摘要：With the analysis of the already existed theories of 3D terrain visualization, it is argued that how to use Digital Elevation Model to construct 3D terrain models on Internet, in the light of Level of Detail technology in this paper. Finally an application system is developed to real-time display and operates the terrain on Internet
