摘要：This work presents an analysis of the land use and land cover in the regionof Paraiba Valley and North coast area of Sao Paulo State. Visualinterpretation of Landsat and SPOT imageries at scale 1:100,000 was used todetect land use/land cover changes during the period of 1977/1988.
