摘要:The thermoelectric properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 and Cu2ZnSnSe4 are calculated by means of the semi-classicalBoltzmann transport theory. The average values of electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and Seebeck coefficientwith two constant temperatures verses chemical potential are reported and discussed in detail. The Seebeck coefficientvalue recommends that both compounds are good for thermoelectric applications. We also investigated the electricalconductivity, thermal conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, power factor and the resistivity verses variable temperature. Inwhich the maximum power factors are evaluated, suggesting that the compounds have good thermoelectric properties.
