  • 摘要:This paper tries to examine the relationship between learning and organizational performance in StateUniversity of Tabriz, Islamic Azad Universities and Higher Education Institutes. The statistics population consists ofthree hundred and forty one subjects that they were selected randomly by Morgan table. The data were collected byinterview, observation and Marsik and Witkines questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed bynominal validity. The reliability of the mentioned questionnaire was measured 0.89 by Cronbach alpha coefficient. Theresearch questions were responded by Multiple Regression and Spearman correlation coefficient was employed in orderto test of the hypotheses. It was concluded that group learning level is not affected by individual level componentsexcept continuous learning. Other components influence individual, group and organization learning levels. Allcomponents impact on learning levels except individuals components. Personal, group and organizational learninglevels affect on organizational performance. There is a positive and significant relationship between learningindividual dimensions and learning level .There is a significant relationship between components and learning levelsexcept separated systems components and personal learning level. There is no relationship between learning levels andorganization performance. The results show that continuous learning, interaction and team learning have considerableeffect on learning levels. There is a significant relationship between learning leadership and learning levels inorganization and there is a significant relationship between organization relations with environment and learninglevels. There is no relationship between separated systems components and personal learning levels and there is asignificant relationship between separated systems components and team and organizational learning.
