摘要:This study presents different structure of operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) which is an integral partof continuous time channel selection filter. It was observed that to enhance the linearity and to reduce the third orderharmonic distortion, linearity schemes are used however most of those techniques present important drawback such asreduced effective transconductance, significant power consumption, limited frequency response, increased noise level. Itpresents new linearity scheme source degeneration and auxiliary differential pair technique by which the linearity can beincreased without sacrificing other important parameters such as noise level, power efficiency and frequency responsewhich is better than other schemes.
