摘要：Relational Coordination (RC), the management of interdependencies among tasks is believed to becritical for organizational performance. This paper aims to improve quality of care provided in Indian hospitals byanalyzing relational coordination, especially in selected hospitals for better quality of care. The case study approach isused to consider the relational coordination parameter. Relational coordination is a mutually reinforcing process ofinteraction between communication and relationships carried out for the purpose of task integration. A hospital withhighly structured and more inter departments is to be selected so that it can be benefited by this project .Parameters ofRelational coordination selected from the detailed literature review includes such as shared goals ,shared knowledge,mutual respect and communication ties such as frequent communication, timely communication ,accuratecommunication and problem solving communication.
