摘要：Recent years have witnessed a growing concern over the issue of safety culture within high-riskindustries. The purpose of the present review is to summarize and integrate the numerous reports and studies that havebeen conducted to define and assesses safety culture, as well as the highly related concept of safety climate. Safetyprofessionals have increasingly turned their attention to social science for insight into the causation of industrialaccidents. Studies have underlined the potential threats to occupational safety of this workforce. Surprisingly, however,very little research has been conducted on national culture and occupational safety. In this paper, we examine hownational culture may play a role in important antecedents of safety behavior that have identified. We discuss safetyknowledge, safety motivation, and safety climate. In this paper, there is keen definition; origin and factors of safetyculture and safety climate are discussed based on literature collected.
