  • 摘要:The widespread use of power electronicsdevices has led to a complete change in electrical loadnature, all these variations in load causes disturbances involtage waveforms. The disturbance includes Voltage sag/swell, interruption etc. the use of custom power devices isconsidered to be the most efficient method for restorationof system voltage. Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) canprovide the cost effective solution for mitigation of shortduration voltage disturbances in distribution system. Herein this paper, Three phase Dynamic voltage Restorerbased on Neural Network controller with Levenberg-Marquardt Back propagation training algorithm areproposed for mitigating voltage sag, swell andinterruptions. Short duration voltage disturbances aresimulated on a three phase system and the comparativeresults has been presented using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
