摘要:This paper presents a resonant SEPIC(Single-Ended Primary Inductor Converter) Converterand Control method suitable forVery High Frequency dcdcPower Conversion. SEPIC is chosen since it haspositive voltage gain and higher characteristics than anyother converter. The proposed design provides highefficiency over a wide range of input and output voltageranges, up & down voltage conversion, small size andexcellent transient performance. The Converter regulatesthe output using an ON-OFF control scheme modulatingat a fixed frequency and duty ratio operation. This controlmethod enables a fast transient response and efficientlight-load operation while providing controlled spectralcharacteristics of input and Output waveforms. Theresonant inductors and capacitors are fine tuned toachieve Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) condition andthus the converter achieves higher than 80% efficiencyacross entire input voltage range at nominal outputvoltage and maintains good efficiency across the wholeoperating range.
