摘要:Since DG units have a small capacitycompared to central power plants, the impact is minor ifthe penetration level is low (1%-5%). However, if thepenetration level of DG units increases to the anticipatedlevel of 20%-30%, the impact of DG units on voltagestability will be profound.This paper discusses someimportant aspects related to maximum loadability inelectrical power systems. The effectiveness of theanalyzed method is demonstrated through numericalstudies in IEEE 14 bus test systemand an optimal locationof wind farm is determined using particle swarmoptimization.
