摘要:In this paper a novel topology ofinterleaved ZVS and the concept of built-in transformervoltage doubler cell with PWM boost converter ispresented. Now-a-days with the inadequacy in energy andcontinually enlarging fuel cost, investigation on therenewable energy becomes more and more important.Different traditional converters like boost converters,switched capacitors and coupled inductor based convertertolerate high transient current and conduction losses as theswitching frequency is varied. In the proposed system thetwo implemented tractable variations in switch duty cycleand transformer turns ratio raises the voltage gain flexibly.The reverse recovery losses of the diodes is diminishedand lessens the input current ripple and output voltageripple by employing soft switching technique. Thisschemed controller utilizes PWM techniques to regulatethe output power of boost converter at its maximum value;moreover active clamp scheme is maintained whichincorporates switch turn-off voltage spikes andaccomplishes ZVS operation for all switches. This paperpresents the design method for DC to DC converter withincrease in voltage gain by reducing voltage stresses ofdiodes thereby providing high efficiency and high step upconversion which is applicable for renewable energysources.
