摘要:Reduction of torque ripple plays a vitalwork in the design of motors, especially in permanentmagnet motors. This paper shows a study on the design ofV shaped interior permanent magnet synchronous motorwith low torque ripple. Arrangements of permanentmagnets in the motor also cause a major effect in thetorque ripple of the motor. MagNet Software, FiniteElement Analysis has been used for the better designconsidering permanent magnet arrangement. The bettermagnet arrangement for IPMSM is presented aftercomparing the results.
