摘要：Blood is a saver of all existing lives in caseof emergency needs. During the blood transfusionprocess, the acceptor receiving blood should beconsidered before donating the blood. The blooddonor information should be checked beforedisplaying their details on the website. Technopedia isnothing but web service with a mobile application. Inthis paper, we propose an extended web application totimely update the information regarding the donors,acceptor and patients where the administrator accessthe whole information about blood bank managementsystem. Also the proposed work has a Push technologywith security, to protect the contact details of thedonors in web application where it can be misused bythird parties. It also maintains the amount of eachavailable blood groups, if the stock of a particularblood group is lower than the required amount thenthe proposed method notifies the donor to donateblood. In addition to web application, an androidmobile application is proposed to search the donorswho are available nearby during the emergency casessuch as accidents. Further we include GeographicInformation System (GIS) in the mobile applicationwhere the data is transmitted between mobileapplication and the website through wireless network.The web based android application is readily scalable,efficient and adaptable to meet the complex need ofblood bank who is key facilitators for the healthcaresector. Hence the life at threat can be saved by thisoptimization technique.
