摘要:In this project, we proposed variable ratecarrier interferometry multicarrier code divisionmultiple access (CI/MC-CDMA) multiuser transceiverthat achieves a data rate of minimum 1Gbpsequivalent to the 4G standard of IEEE. MultipleCarrier -Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA)is the combination of Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA) and Orthogonal Frequency DivisionMultiplexing (OFDM), therefore the advantages ofboth schemes can be achieved. In MC-CDMA schemeeach data symbol is spreaded in frequency domain andtransmitted on different subcarrier which eliminatesfrequency selective fading and show significantimprovement in bit error rate performance. Theproposed non-contiguous allocation improves thePerformance of variable rate system over frequencyselective Channel. In receiver side through iterativesuccessive interference cancellation complexity isreduced considerably. The proposed successiveinterference cancellation strategies for a detector, issuitable for implementation in VLSI. Simulations arecarried out for all the possible data rate schemes,results show that for the given users and BER ofproposed algorithm comparatively gives far betterresults.
