  • 摘要:The continuous detection of sensor andactor nodes in wireless sensor actor networks(WSANs) is facing new challenges notably incoordination. In this paper, a survey has been madeto categorize, and bring into perspective existingresearches on continuous connectivity of sensor nodeand its impacts on coordination ranging from a nodefailure to disability of actor nodes to communicatewith other actors permanently. Actor nodes withnoticeable amount of high power can help weakersensors in different scenarios such as dataforwarding and routing and many sensors can helpfew actors in the regions that actors are sparselydeployed. Actor nodes can mobilise, carry andcharge sensors during the detection of inter-actornetwork. From the knowledge acquired from thesurvey, we describe that actor node along withsensor nodes in a WSAN can cooperate to providethe continuous detection of sensor nodes when thenetwork connectivity is affected by any of thesudden interferences.
