  • 摘要:The prime purpose is to reduce the leadtime of windmill control panel manufacturing byimplementing lean manufacturing by the use of leantools to achieve the takt time in electrical controlpanel assembly line. The ‘‘lean’’ approach has beenapplied more frequently in automobile assemblyand machine tool building then in electrical controlpanel manufacturing company. The lean systemwas developed with reduced non value addedactivities so that greatly reduces the seven Mudas.People work with a greater confidence, with greaterease, and with greater peace than the typicalmanufacturing facility. Value stream mapping andline balancing was the main tool used to identify theopportunities for various lean techniques. Wedescribed a simulation model that was developed tocontrast the ‘‘current’’ and ‘‘Future’’ scenarios indetail, in order to illustrate the potential benefitssuch as reduced production lead-time and lowerwork-in-process inventory. Work instructions isdisplayed in all the assembly stations also improvedthe performance of the line workers.
