摘要：Mixing is a very important unit operationin any dairy and food process industry. For instance,all operations involving blending homogenization,emulsion preparation, extraction, dissolution,crystallization, liquid phase reactions, etc., needmixing in one form or the other. This project is abouta dynamic mixer of a food processing industryparticularly about Milk khoa making process. Toattain uniform mixing with the optimal productpreparation time for the desired quality and to removethe drudgery of human folk this newly developedautomated agitator is suggested. The existing agitatoris not suitable to for a comfortable working conditionto the workforce thus creating problems in the outputof the different parameters of the organizationefficiency like quality, quantity, delivery schedule andwork force satisfaction. This project suggests a newdesign for the agitators. By careful study of threedifferent models in all aspects one will be taken for thefinal fabrication. To finalize the best design,simulation will be used to conduct requiredexperiment. Required inputs has been taken fromdifferent literature surveys and the discussion with theexperts who are on the field and real time study hasbeen conducted to get the exact requirement of thecustomer.
