摘要:The goal of this research is to analyze Physical Education Teachers' levels of self-confidence and of submissive behaviors against school managers. Participants consist of 24 female and 89 male Physical Education Teachers who have been serving at secondary schools and high schools in the boundaries of .anl.urfa and central counties connected to that province. Data collection tools, "Self-confidence Scale" and "Submissive Behavior Scale" were used. In the analysis of data Student-t test and (ANOVA) analysis of variance was used. In the research, the margin of error was accepted as 0.01. Data were analyzed by means of SPSS 16.0 program. As a result, significant results, though at low level, were determined between submissive behaviors and self-confidence levels of the teachers. This result is thought to be a reason to make an assumption that as teachers' self- confidence gets lower, the tendency of being confirmed and developing obedient behaviors towards school managers rises. In this sense, the boost of self-confidence can be thought to be an important factor in the reduction of submissive behavior.
