摘要:the evolution of compact, light-weight, low-power,and high-quality displays has caused a large demand for liquidcrystal display (LCD) drivers, with features such as low cost, lowpower dissipation, high speed, and high resolution. we propose alow–Quiescent current Two-Input/Output buffer with class A-Boutput stage for LCD driver applications. The propose bufferamplifier achieve high speed driving performance, draws a smallquiescent current during static operation and offer a rail to railcommunication-mode input rang Two-Input/Output buffer withclass A-B output stage for LCD driver. A current reuse technique isemployed in the output stage of the buffer amplifier to reduce thequiescent current consumption. An experimental prototype 6-bitLCD column driver with the proposed buffer amplifiersimplemented in a 0.35-μm CMOS technology demonstrates that anaverage value of 0.2 μA static current is consumed in one channeldriver. The settling time to settle within 0.15% of the final voltage is4 μs under a 30-KΩ- resistance and 2-pF-capacitance load. The areaof this two input/ output buffer amplifier is 18 μm × 170μm.
