摘要:This study was carried out to explore and analyze Concept Map (CM) and its role as knowledge assessment tool in the educational setups (traditional, e-learning and m-learning). A CM is a two dimensional graph based visual diagram which includes many concepts and relationships among the concepts in a hierarchical manner, which helps the user to organize knowledge and to accommodate to different learning styles. This report provides a broad understanding of CM and research & development activities that took place during the period chosen for this study. Further to this, the findings are discussed briefly to provide a better insight of the field and suggest directions for future research.
