摘要：In the modern era of software development, a large number of life cycle models are available for the development of the software projects in a proper way. SDLC models give a theoretical guide line regarding development of the software. The two basic schools of thought regarding the development of the software are: The traditional approach and the agile approach. In this paper we have explored the limitations of the agile model when applied to the project of a new small-scale software industry.
