  • 摘要:In this paper we proposed a new approach forcolor Image denoising using wavelet thresholding. Thedenoising process rejects noise by thresholding in the waveletdomain. Wavelet analysis is powerful tool for Image Denoisingwhen Image are to be viewed or processed at multiple resolutionWavelet Transform is the mathematical tool of choice. Discretewavelet transform has the benefit of giving a joint timefrequency representation of the signal. Also it is suitable forboth stationary and non-stationary signals and is the mostappropriate system in the field of signal detection. Discretewavelet transform is implemented through multi resolutionanalysis and digital filter banks. The proposed method wasapplied by using MATLAB R2013a with color imagescontaminated by white Gaussian noise.
